Policies
Return Policy
Cobra Parts that contain electrical or
electronic components and Cobra Bikes are not
returnable once purchased. Parts, tools, and
apparel can be returned within 30 days of the
sales date subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective parts, tools, and apparel will gladly
be exchanged within 30 days of the sales date.
For exchange or full refund of a Product, we
need the order confirmation or record of
purchase in our system. The Product must be in
its original condition, including the box,
packaging and all accessories.
Credits will only be issued to the credit card
used for the original purchase. We reserve the
right to limit the number of returns permitted.
Shipping Policy
Currently, Cobra only ships to North American
locations with shipping for parts, accessories,
and apparel by Federal Express. Several delivery
options are available at checkout. For Bike
shipments, Cobra will have CSX ship to a
business address, or the customer can pick up
the bike at one of CSX's nearest warehouses.

Information collected on cobramotorcycle.com may
be used in the following ways:
-Schedule deliveries of merchandise that you
purchase online

Cobra maintains a policy to not rent, sell, or
exchange your names to third-party companies for
their marketing purposes. We do provide your
information to reputable organizations that help
us to fulfill your order. For example, we use
companies to verify and process credit card
transactions, to deliver packages, to schedule
and perform product installations and to
administer service programs. These companies may
also conduct customer satisfaction surveys and
manage other customer services and benefits for
us. These third parties are not authorized to
use your information for any reason other than
to perform their contractually assigned
functions.
We may be required to disclose your personal
information to third parties if necessary to
comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, or court
orders.
